It was a great meeting today at Slate Stone Studio. Thanks Carolyn for hosting.
Carolyn, Valda, Sue, Debbie, Barbara (a potential new member), Connie, Bettie, and myself were in attendance.
We started off the day with a debrief of the NWFA show.
We shared background, gave out money to artists and provided responses anonymously
to 4 questions regarding the event. (see photos)
Carolyn demoed a simple and easy way to do powder coating.
We all tried it out using powder coating materials generously provided by Carolyn
and toaster ovens supplied by Carolyn, Valda, and Sue. What fun!
During our lunch break we visited Jennifer who was working at River Walk Gallery.
After returning to Slate Stone Studio and more powder coating we decided to that next meeting
will remain as October 1st. Debbie and Sue will host.
