June 2016 Guild Meeting

When Guild members make a commitment you can count of great things happening.  Thank you Annemarie for the great meeting at your home and studio.  You made us all feel so welcome.  Everyone enjoyed the anodizing demonstration.  See photos below and on the right.


Through the hard work of Dottie Ansell and cooperative spirits of the Dare County Arts Council the Pocosin Arts Metals Guild will have a booth at the New World Arts Festival in Manteo, NC on August 17th and 18th.  The purpose of our booth is to sell our jewelry in an effort to raise money for the Tool Box Initiative.  For more information about the Tool Box Initiative go to http://www.toolboxinitiative.org/

Dottie met with Donna Sneed and they set up a great chart for organizing our booth.  When you receive Dottie's email asking where you and how you want to participate be ready to let her know. And be prepared to have fun and to do good work.
